Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting.
At least a 3.0 GPA.
CPA exam eligibility in state of employment.
Entry-level client service intern role.

Responsibilities

Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
Participating in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
Assisting in analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risks.
Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
Collaborating with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients.
Contributing to preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals.
