Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams with comprehensive tax advice and planning.
• Assist in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international and multistate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
• Collaborate to develop tax models and client structures.
• Assist in tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
