Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, eligible to sit for CPA in your intended state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams with comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international and multistate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions.
• Contribute to development of tax models and client structures.
• Assist in preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
• Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals to enhance development.
• Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
• Support development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies for diverse industries.
