• Advise executive leadership on cross-border transactions, M&A, international tax structuring, and evolving regulations.
• Partner with a Big 4 firm on tax provisions, compliance, and complex technical matters.
• Help shape the organization’s adoption of AI and automation, freeing time for strategic initiatives.
