Nexteer Automotive, a global leader in motion control, seeks an International Tax Director to lead strategic tax planning and non-US tax matters from Auburn Hills, MI. You will coordinate with Finance, manage transfer pricing, BEPS reporting, and support M&A tax strategies.

Travel as needed and you will mentor the tax team while ensuring compliance and timely tax forecasting. Bachelor’s in accounting required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of international tax experience, including transfer pricing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tax projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct the Company's strategic tax planning and local income tax matters for non-US locations.
• Assist with audit defense and advise on tax consequences of M&A transactions.
• Lead the Corporate Income Tax group and collaborate with Finance and external providers.
