Solera Holdings, LLC. in Texas is seeking a Director, International Tax to lead the international tax function, directing planning, transfer pricing, compliance oversight, risk management, and support for global operations.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting and business leadership to support global growth and tax strategy, lead a team, and manage external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive international tax experience in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTCs).
• Experience with transfer pricing, OECD principles, and Pillar Two.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external advisors.

Responsabilités

• Lead international tax planning initiatives to optimize the global tax profile.
• Own global transfer pricing strategy and documentation.
• Oversee international tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead responses to foreign tax audits and inquiries.
• Monitor OECD Pillar Two developments and implement requirements.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, IT, and external advisors to support reporting.
