Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA required.
• 12–15+ years of corporate tax experience, including 5+ years in global/international tax.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and global tax rules.
• Experience leading multinational tax teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy, planning, and risk management.
• Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, and year-end processes.
• Advise leadership on cross-border planning and intercompany structures.
• Manage transfer pricing, international tax provisions, and global audits.
• Drive tax process improvements, automation, and modern tax technology.
• Build, lead, and mentor a global tax team.
