Solera Corporation seeks a Director of International Tax to lead the global tax function, driving planning, transfer pricing, compliance oversight and risk management across jurisdictions. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting and business leadership to support global growth and the tax strategy.

The role provides leadership to international tax personnel and external advisors, shaping policy, structures, and processes for the organization’s worldwide operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA/MST/JD/LLM preferred.
• 10+ years international tax experience in multinational corp. or Big Four.

Aufgaben

• Lead international tax planning initiatives to optimize the global tax profile and cash tax position.
• Own and manage global transfer pricing strategy and intercompany agreements.
• Oversee international tax compliance across jurisdictions and respond to audits/contingencies.
• Lead OECD Pillar Two assessment and implementation; monitor developments and communicate impacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting and business leadership; develop junior team members.
