Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Sr. Director of Tax to shape and execute our global tax strategy. You will lead the tax function, drive compliance, risk management, and strategic planning across worldwide operations, partnering with executives to support long-term goals.

This role demands a visionary tax leader with experience in a fast-paced technology environment. You will manage a team of four tax professionals and influence critical business decisions with strong communication to non-tax executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license or JD required.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global corporate income and indirect tax strategies.
• Own ASC 740 tax provisions and related SEC disclosures.
• Oversee U.S. and non-U.S. tax compliance and filings.
• Lead tax planning for BEPS, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT and credits.
• Manage intercompany pricing policy and documentation.
• Provide tax diligence and structuring for M&A and financing.
