Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Manager - Tax Reporting to oversee the global income tax accounting and reporting for both domestic and international entities.

The role requires leading the monthly and annual tax provision in accordance with IAS 12 and driving forecast accuracy, ET rates, and cash tax projections. The position is based in New Jersey with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) and demands strong technical tax expertise, leadership, and collaboration with finance and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years in income tax accounting with 2+ years in Big Four or large multinationals.
• Strong tax technical and research skills in federal and international tax.
• Expertise in ASC 740, FIN 18, IAS 12, FIN 48.
• Proficiency in Thomson OneSource Tax Provision.
• Advanced Excel skills; managerial experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual global tax provision per IAS 12.
• Coordinate current and deferred tax calculations for domestic and international entities.
• Ensure accuracy of global income tax reporting; partner with tax team and finance.
• Maintain documentation for audits and uncertain tax positions.
• Document positions on new accounting pronouncements and tax law changes.
• Manage income tax forecasting with ET rate and global cash tax projections.
• Lead tax software administration and process improvements.
• Provide training and development for tax staff.
