Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Manager - Tax Reporting to lead its global income tax accounting and reporting in accordance with IAS 12. The role oversees the monthly and annual tax provision, current and deferred tax calculations, and tax forecasting across domestic and international entities.

Based in Whippany, NJ, this hybrid position requires 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, with leadership responsibilities for the tax department and process improvements across systems and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual global tax provision in accordance with IAS 12.
• Coordinate current and deferred tax calculations for domestic and international entities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting for and reporting of global income taxes; support audits.
• Manage income tax forecasting including ET rate and cash tax projections.
• Lead process improvements and manage the tax software suite; collaborate with IT/FP&A.
