Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.
• Intern roles typically filled by students in their penultimate year.

Responsibilities

• Assist tax teams with providing comprehensive tax advice and planning.
• Assist in preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Support international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with team to develop tax models and structures for clients.
• Assist in tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
