Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director, Global Tax Operations to lead worldwide tax reporting and compliance under ASC 740. You will optimize data, manage quarterly/annual tax provisions, and work with Controllership, FP&A, and external auditors to strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes improving efficiency across tax workstreams and applying best practices to scale global tax processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive tax roles with global scope.
• Experience in ASC 740 and tax reporting for multinational companies.
• CPA designation and strong knowledge of tax software.

Responsibilities

• Manage global ETR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision, current and deferred taxes.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure SOX-compliant tax processes.
• Oversee global tax compliance across jurisdictions and tax disclosures.
• Drive data and technology improvements across Tax workflows.
