Job summary

Brewer Morris seeks a Director, Global Tax Accounting to lead the global tax reporting for a large multinational public company. You will oversee ASC 740, global provisions, and tax disclosures while steering modernization and automation across a complex international structure.

Reporting to the VP of Tax, you will collaborate with executive leadership and external auditors, shape the tax strategy, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive tax experience with ASC 740.
• Experience in large multinational public companies and/or Big 4.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP tax accounting and SEC reporting.
• Proven leadership of tax accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax accounting and financial reporting under ASC 740.
• Oversee worldwide income tax provisions and tax disclosures in SEC filings.
• Drive tax process improvements, automation, and technology adoption.
• Manage relationships with executive leadership and external auditors.
• Present findings and strategic tax considerations to senior management.
