Job summary

EY is seeking a senior tax operations leader to guide the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) team within EY EDGE. You will drive data preparation, reporting, and compliance across financial services, banking, and insurance sectors, while coordinating with domestic and international teams.

Travel up to 20% is expected. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of delivery experience, with CPA/EA or attorney credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPI progress.
• Ensure processes are standardized and compliant with tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Develop team members and manage engagement economics.
• Travel up to 20%.
