Job summary

Liftoff is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to own US and international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and the tax provision process. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure timely filings and robust reporting, while driving process improvements across tax workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate tax or tax operations.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling for tax scenarios.
• Experience with tax provision cycles, compliance, and audits.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• US & International Compliance support: coordinate tax filings with providers and stakeholders.
• Transfer Pricing: support annual TP calculations and documentation.
• Provision Support: prepare schedules and analyses for quarterly/annual close.
• Continuous Improvement: lead tax workflow improvements and system implementations.
• Collaborate with senior tax leaders to translate business changes into tax processes.
