Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy, seeks a Corporate Tax Manager to manage global tax compliance and reporting. You will support US and international income tax compliance, drive transfer pricing calculations, and assist in quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and external advisors, you will shape tax processes, improve documentation, and ensure accurate reporting across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate tax, tax operations, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting tax provision cycles, compliance processes, and audits.
• Strong organization and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate U.S. and international income tax compliance activities across jurisdictions.
• Review and reconcile compliance outputs to tax provision calculations for financial reporting.
• Support annual transfer pricing calculations and documentation.
• Prepare and review provision schedules for quarterly and annual close processes.
• Assist in documenting tax audits, inquiries, and internal controls.
