Job summary

Regal Executive Search seeks a Corporate International Tax Manager for the Americas in a multinational construction firm. You will advise on cross-border tax issues, manage forecasts and provisions, and coordinate with global teams and external advisors on transfer pricing and planning.

The role requires 6+ years in multinational tax, CPA/CA/JD or Masters in Taxation, and strong analytical and communication skills to support audits and global tax strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. or B.A. degree with accounting emphasis or international equivalent.
• CPA, CA, JD or Masters in Taxation required or international post-graduate study equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in tax, focused on large multinational corporations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax forecasts, accruals and provisions for the Americas.
• Review US foreign tax credits, deferred tax assets/liabilities for foreign affiliates.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and international tax planning.
• Support tax research, audits, and responding to tax authorities in the Americas.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal finance teams across time zones.
