PwC is seeking an International Tax M&A Manager to lead cross-border tax engagements, advise multinational clients, and guide teams through due diligence, structuring, and integration efforts. You will shape tax strategies, manage complex models, and ensure high-quality client service across the deal lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience, with credentials like CPA or Bar being a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead M&A tax engagements across the transaction lifecycle, including tax due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration support.
• Advise multinational clients on cross-border tax planning, foreign tax credit considerations, and international tax regulations.
• Analyze transaction structures and global operating models to identify tax exposures, opportunities, and implementation steps.
• Manage project planning, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple client workstreams.
• Review tax research, modeling, provisions, disclosures, and documentation prepared by team members.
• Coach and develop junior staff through feedback, work review, and on-the-job guidance.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to address technical issues, transaction risks, and execution questions.
• Apply knowledge of BEPS, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance to support practical solutions.
• Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to improve research, analysis, and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor work product for consistency with firm policies, professional standards, and independence requirements.
