PwC is seeking an International Tax M&A - Senior Manager to lead cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance for major deals. You will guide multinational clients, shape tax positions, and manage complex engagements within our Tax practice.

You will coach teams, drive large projects, and deliver practical, risk-aware recommendations across deal cycles, leveraging global knowledge of treaties, credits, and restructuring to support acquisition and divestiture decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• CPA, Bar, or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Responsabilidades

• Advising multinational clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and transaction support
• Analyzing international tax laws, treaty positions, and regulatory changes to shape deal strategies
• Leading M&A tax due diligence, structuring analyses, and post-transaction integration planning
• Coordinating tax modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support acquisition and divestiture decisions
• Reviewing tax provisions, documentation, disclosures, and compliance deliverables for transaction-related matters
• Guiding teams through complex international tax issues and resolving issues that affect deal execution
• Building client relationships and presenting clear recommendations on tax risk, planning options, and implementation steps
• Applying knowledge of base erosion and profit shifting, foreign tax credits, and domestic restructuring to client matters
