Advanced Energy seeks an International Tax Director to join the global tax leadership team in Denver. You will lead the preparation and review of U.S.

international income tax calculations, modeling, and compliance, working with AE Finance, Legal, and business units to drive strategy and execution. You will oversee tax planning initiatives, global compliance, transfer pricing, and Subpart F/GILTI/FDII/Pillar II considerations, while coordinating with external advisors and M&A activities to

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive tax experience with a multinational corporation and/or public accounting/law firm
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business; MST/JD/LLM a plus
• Experience with tax modeling and tax compliance systems

Responsibilities

• Lead international portion of quarterly and annual global tax provision with global finance teams and external advisors
• Direct all aspects of U.S. international tax compliance (e.g., Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 1118) and related calculations
• Manage external service providers for local country returns and Pillar II compliance
• Coordinate global tax implications modeling for foreign positions including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Pillar II
• Support international tax planning initiatives and supply chain optimization
• Oversee transfer pricing manager and external advisors on global documentation
• Support M&A and integration activities to identify tax opportunities
• Draft tax memos and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Coordinate global tax controversy responses with local teams and advisors
