Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or multinational corporate environment.
• CPA, JD, and/or MST desirable.
• Hands-on ASC 740 international tax provision experience.
• Experience with OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax and transfer pricing.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage outside providers for foreign corporate income tax returns and workpapers.
• Review international tax provision components per ASC 740 (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII).
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper tax journal entries and monthly book closures.
• Oversee global transfer pricing documentation and CbC reporting with external providers for OECD compliance.
• Prepare intercompany agreements and coordinate with auditors to ensure arm’s-length transactions.
• Support Pillar Two tax calculations and data collection with internal and external stakeholders.
