Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax/finance analytics experience.
• Experience in a large public accounting firm or multinational tax department.
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, processes and entries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate global tax data requirements across jurisdictions into clear specifications for technical implementation.
• Partner with tax, finance, accounting and technology teams to align data solutions with regulatory requirements at scale.
• Bridge communication between technical and business teams by explaining tax compliance concepts to data engineers and product teams.
• Guide teams through change management while implementing new data systems and processes.
• Monitor evolving tax regulations and data needs to identify gaps and propose enhancements.
