Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Tax Manager in Herndon, VA to lead the company’s global tax compliance. You will coordinate with outside consultants, manage quarterly estimates, and oversee tax provision workpapers while reporting to the Director of Tax Compliance. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite in Herndon.

The position requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and 7+ years of corporate income tax experience. Strong Excel and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and CPA required.
• 7+ years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Familiarity with ASC 740 and tax footnote disclosures.
• Experience with foreign tax compliance and Pillar Two reporting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax compliance process across U.S., state, and foreign jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with outside tax consultants and review their deliverables.
• Review and support U.S. federal/state income tax returns, extensions, and workpapers.
• Prepare and review global quarterly estimated tax calculations and payments.
• Manage monthly income tax reconciliations and related GAAP adjustments.
• Support provision under ASC 740 and tax footnote disclosures.
