Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead global compliance and tax reporting, coordinating with external advisors and driving the process across US and international entities. The role demands a strong technical tax foundation and the ability to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Experience reviewing tax returns, provision and tax reporting workpapers.

Responsibilities

• Global Tax Compliance - lead and manage the global income tax compliance process across US, federal, state and foreign jurisdictions.
• Tax Provision & Reporting - review and support quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• International Tax & Strategic Projects - support foreign tax compliance and reporting activities across global entities.
• Leadership & Process Improvement - manage multiple concurrent workstreams across approximately 80 global entities.
