Job summary

Atlantic Group in New Castle County, DE is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee corporate tax compliance, income tax reporting, tax provision, and both domestic and international tax matters in a large corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax, CPA, and strong U.S. domestic and international tax expertise. Advanced Excel skills and experience with tax systems are required. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong U.S. domestic and international tax compliance experience.
• Proficiency with corporate tax and reporting systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Manage U.S. domestic and international income tax compliance activities and reporting.
• Tax Provision: Support quarterly and annual income tax provision processes and documentation.
• International Tax: Assist with international tax reporting and cross-border matters.
• Tax Planning: Conduct research and support planning initiatives and transactions.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with finance, legal, treasury and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen tax processes and workflows.
