Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Tax & Compliance Manager to oversee indirect tax and compliance across global entities. You will lead multi-jurisdictional filings, support transfer pricing initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and external advisors to ensure regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has deep indirect tax expertise, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced advisory

Qualifications

• Strong technical tax expertise across multiple jurisdictions and reporting.
• Solid accounting foundation with familiarity in corporate tax processes.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Operations, and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee indirect tax compliance across city, county, state, federal and international jurisdictions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and reporting requirements.
• Assist with preparation and review of corporate income tax returns across jurisdictions.
• Monitor compliance obligations and address emerging regulatory requirements.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany pricing alignment.
