Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced International Tax Accounting Director in Delaware County, PA. This hybrid role involves overseeing global income tax accounting, ASC 740 reporting, and managing complex tax provisions.

The successful candidate will lead tax forecasting efforts, technical accounting initiatives, and collaborate across teams while mentoring staff. A bachelor's degree in Accounting and 10+ years of tax accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of income tax accounting, ASC 740, tax provision, or corporate tax reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of ASC 740, SEC reporting, and multinational tax accounting.
• CPA and/or JD designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting, ASC 740 reporting, quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.
• Prepare and review tax disclosures and reporting documentation for SEC filings.
• Manage effective tax rate forecasting and cash tax forecasting activities.
