Brewer Morris is seeking a Director, Global Tax Accounting to lead the worldwide tax accounting and financial reporting function. You will oversee global income tax provisioning, external reporting, forecasting, and tax technology modernization across a multinational environment.

The role requires deep ASC 740 expertise, experience with multinational tax issues, and a track record of implementing process improvements and modern tax tools.

Formación

• 12–15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience.
• Experience in a large multinational and/or public accounting firm.
• Expertise in income tax accounting, financial reporting, and public company compliance.
• Experience managing global tax provisions and international matters.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global income tax provision processes under ASC 740.
• Lead external tax reporting, forecasting, and tax disclosures.
• Drive tax technology modernization and automation initiatives.
• Ensure SOX controls and robust tax-related internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance, FP&A, legal, and external auditors.
