Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in Delaware County, PA to oversee federal, state, and international tax compliance, the tax provision, and related initiatives within a global organization.

The role requires 8+ years in corporate tax, CPA certification, and strong Excel/finance system skills. Hybrid schedule, with a mix of collaboration across finance, accounting, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Certification: CPA is required.
• Experience: 8+ years in progressive corporate tax roles, including public accounting or corporate tax.
• Industry knowledge: strong federal/state income tax compliance and tax provision; international tax experience preferred.
• Technical skills: advanced Excel and financial systems; tax tech and automation experience a plus.
• Skills & attributes: strong technical tax, analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal, state, and international income tax compliance and planning.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provision activities and related controls.
• Support international tax matters, documentation, and compliance.
• Provide tax research and planning to support business initiatives.
• Improve tax processes, reporting, and data controls while enhancing efficiency.
• Lead and mentor tax professionals across the organization.
