Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in talent operations, strong knowledge of Greenhouse ATS, and a data-driven mindset to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in talent operations or HR operations.
• 4+ years managing a team in a technology company.
• Experience driving SLA compliance across a distributed recruiting team.
• Experience managing recruiting coordination at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Talent Operations Roadmap.
• Lead a team of operations and coordination professionals.
• Drive SLA compliance to target through process controls.
• Optimize ATS administration and configuration.
• Ensure onboarding compliance for new hires.
