Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP, talent management, or HR leadership.
• 3+ years leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBP team and Talent Management to align people practices with business goals.
• Strengthen the HRBP operating model across functions, locations, and geographies.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change.
• Guide global employment practices and country-specific requirements.
• Oversee escalated employee relations and investigations.
• Drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
