• Exceptional program management skills with cross-functional execution.
• Skilled facilitation, communication, and storytelling with data-driven insights.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and evolve enterprise-wide manager development programs.
• Build frameworks and processes that enable scalable growth.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects—owning timelines, communications, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, enablement sessions, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Influence at all levels with data, storytelling and trusted relationships.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
