Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Global Talent Acquisition organization. You will provide administrative support, coordinate HR processes, and collaborate with Partners and vendors to ensure a smooth requisition lifecycle and onboarding of new hires.

The role emphasizes discretion with confidential information, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments such as Medical, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years HR, Talent Acquisition, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Experience with ATS and SAP a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Global Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate HR processes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule interviews, site visits, and events.
• Enter requisitions and track candidates through pre-hire stage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment policies.
