Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for project and department positions on the east coast and overseas, collaborating with HR regional teams from its Fairfax, Virginia and Anchorage offices.

You will source passive and active candidates, develop pipelines, post roles on job boards and social media, and ensure compliant, timely hiring processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3 years recruiting experience.
• 1 year sourcing cleared openings (Secret/TS) preferred.
• Experience recruiting in technology or security fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and research.
• Sources active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and referrals.
• Engages with active and passive talent and connects them to opportunities.
• Markets open positions via career page, job boards and social media.
• Develops extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill needs.
