Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• SHRM qualified.
• Ideally a high-level qualification in occupational testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing of candidates via agencies, e-recruitment, media for all roles in their business area.
• Create and maintain all analytics of recruitment affairs in business area of focus.
• Execute stakeholder management of recruiting managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a network of contacts within the industry and academia to help identify and source recruits.
• Build positive relationships with external agency and vendors.
• Analyze competitors' activities to understand labor market for talent and competitor activity.
