Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Global Recruitment Operations Manager to govern and shape the recruitment function across UK and US regions. You will drive performance, compliance, and operational excellence, partnering with Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Risk and Audit teams.

The role operates in a hybrid model with offices in Brooklyn, Waltham or Syracuse, NY, and reports to Recruitment Leadership. This is a high-visibility, global capability build role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment operations, governance and analytics.
• Strong governance, reporting, compliance and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruitment strategy into actionable programmes and capabilities.
• Lead data reporting and insights; own reporting framework across UK and US.
• Oversee budget, headcount and resource planning; supplier governance and vendor performance.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory submissions and compliance reporting.
• Develop global recruitment policies and practices; drive efficiency and cost optimisation.
