Job summary

Skylo is seeking a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to build the candidate pipelines for software, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, wireless, and network roles. You will craft targeted outreach, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to turn priorities into actionable sourcing strategies.

You will own initial screens, deliver structured candidate summaries, and help shape Skylo’s growing engineering and technical teams across remote and on-site contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent with successful passive candidate engagement.
• Strong research skills, including Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Clear, compelling writing and confident conversations with technical candidates.
• Good judgment to explain recommendations with evidence and data.
• Organized, able to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting lead and hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Build pipelines across software, cloud, embedded systems, wireless, and network roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and research.
• Write personalized outreach connecting experience to Skylo’s work.
• Conduct initial screens to understand experience, motivations, and requirements.
• Deliver clear candidate summaries and handoffs to the recruiting lead.
• Map markets and provide insights to refine requirements and priorities.
• Track pipeline health and conversion to interviews, iterating with feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and build relationships for future opportunities.
