Job summary

Skylo is hiring a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive talent discovery for critical satellite and IoT initiatives. You’ll partner with recruiting leadership and technical managers to translate hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies and strong candidate pipelines.

You will own the front end of recruiting, crafting outreach and leading initial conversations with candidates across engineering and network disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and evaluate experience beyond titles.

Responsibilities

• Define candidate profiles with hiring managers and calibrate searches.
• Build pipelines across software engineering, cloud, embedded systems, wireless, and network roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and research.
• Write personalized outreach connecting candidate experience to Skylo’s work.
• Conduct initial screens to assess relevance, motivations, and requirements,
• Deliver clear candidate summaries and smooth handoffs to recruiting lead.
• Map talent markets and companies to refine requirements and prioritise searches.
• Track pipeline health, response rates, and conversion to interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
• Broaden outreach to include candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
