Job summary

Goken America in Dublin, Ohio seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring across full-time, temporary, and intern roles. You will partner with internal managers to forecast staffing needs and move candidates through the interview process efficiently.

The role requires hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, experience with ATS/CMS, and the ability to manage multiple openings while delivering data-driven insights to hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in automotive, manufacturing, IT and/or aviation industry.
• Proficient with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and social platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Knowledge of ATS, CMS, and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans
• Identify and source qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Participate in recruitment events and university outreach
• Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse candidates
• Coach and mentor other recruiters as needed
• Maintain and optimize talent pipelines for future openings
• Negotiate relocation assistance and immigration coordination
• Ensure ATS is updated and accurate
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on pay rates and hiring decisions
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
