Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in automotive, manufacturing, IT and/or aviation industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles, behavioral interviewing, sourcing best practices, and recruitment planning.
• Ability to multi-task with focus and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting on social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive recruitment plans with managers to meet staffing needs, including difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source qualified profiles using databases and social media, and participate in recruiting events.
• Attract diverse candidates through networking with colleges, diversity fairs, and community organizations.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and mentor Corporate Recruiters as needed.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and collaborate with managers on offers and onboarding.
