We are seeking a Systems Technical Lead to drive the definition, alignment, and execution of Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) across global vehicle platforms. In this role, you will lead the technical bridge between customer expectations and engineering implementation—conducting competitive benchmarking, shaping global strategies with cross-functional teams, and ensuring feature architectures comply with systems engineering best practices and functional safety standards.
Feature Objective Management: Lead the creation, tracking, and ongoing optimization of Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) across the complete development lifecycle.
Requirements & Systems Alignment: Conduct deep-dive technical analyses to ensure all CFOs align with program performance targets, system architectures, and engineering standards.
Global Feature Strategy: Partner with cross-functional engineering, software, and product teams to define and execute unified best practices for global vehicle feature deployment.
Platform & Program Technical Support: Lead feature development across core vehicle platforms as well as program-specific applications.
Competitive Analysis & Voice of Customer: Direct competitive benchmarking initiatives and Voice of Customer (VoC) clinics to translate market data into technical system requirements.
Standards & Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply industry best practices, regulatory directives, and functional safety constraints to all assigned feature domains.
