Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with laser technologies, optics, automation, or scientific instrumentation.
• Hands-on system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and commissioning complex equipment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and validate complex system architectures and modules.
• Lead system installations, commissioning, and site acceptance testing.
• Prepare deployments with complete configurations and docs.
• Diagnose and resolve system-level issues during development and field use.
• Analyze field data to drive design improvements and serviceability.
• Develop technical documentation and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications, operations, and service teams.
• Support deployment efficiency and reduce downtime.
