Job summary

Philips is seeking a Global Product Manager for Sustaining Hardware to own the ongoing lifecycle of MCT and Holter devices. You will translate regulatory, quality, and customer needs into prioritized product backlogs and coordinated actions across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in product management for regulated hardware, with travel up to 10–20%. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for regulated hardware or medical devices.
  • Experience managing mature or sustaining hardware products and lifecycle planning.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, PM, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own sustaining lifecycle plan and backlog for MCT and Holter; balance patient impact, product risk, regulatory commitments, supply and costs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional product changes including supplier changes, obsolescence remediation, labeling, and IFU updates; lead stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory on complaint trends, CAPA, risk management, post-market surveillance, and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor product health via KPIs and drive corrective actions; support lifecycle transition and end-of-life planning.
  • Provide product expertise to Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and regional teams; maintain documentation and roadmaps.
