Job summary

Philips Global Product Manager, Sustaining Hardware leads the ongoing lifecycle management of MCT and Holter devices within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics. You translate quality, regulatory, customer, service, supply, and operational needs into clear product priorities and coordinate execution to protect performance, availability, compliance, and continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for regulated hardware or medical devices.
• Experience managing mature/sustaining hardware products and lifecycle planning.
• Ability to drive decisions and communicate trade-offs across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own sustaining lifecycle plan and backlog for MCT and Holter, balancing patient impact, product risk, regulatory commitments, supply continuity, and cost.
• Lead product management activities for sustaining initiatives, including defining needs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and change-control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of product changes (components, obsolescence, labeling, IFU updates, reliability, cost-reduction).
• Support customer, field, service, quality, and operational issues; assess impact and prioritize actions.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory on CAPA, risk management, post-market surveillance, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor product health with KPIs (complaints, returns, reliability, service burden, supply) and drive improvements.
• Support lifecycle transition and end-of-life planning, including demand, inventory, and regional impacts.
• Provide product expertise to Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and regional teams; maintain documentation and status.
