Samtec in New Albany, Indiana seeks a Global Sustaining Controls and Vision Engineering Manager to lead and grow the worldwide teams responsible for electrical, pneumatic, machine vision, and software systems for manufacturing equipment. You will ensure safety, quality, and scalability while aligning with Samtec's roadmap.

The role requires 7–10 years in engineering and 3–5 years in management, with strong PLC, motion control, and ML experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Strong in control relays, pneumatic solenoids, motion controllers, servomotors.
• PLC programming and operator interface programming experience.
