Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Director of Operations & Value Chain Resilience to lead the enterprise strategy for strengthening resilience across global operations and supply chains.

You will drive HRDD integration, coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Procurement, R&D, Commercial), and partner with the Chief Sustainability Officer to embed resilience into decision‑making and long‑term value creation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Social Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in social impact, CSR, sustainability.
• Global supply chains and manufacturing knowledge.
• HRDD and social risk management experience.
• Ability to lead enterprise initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise strategy for operations and value chain resilience.
• Lead enterprise resilience framework and HRDD integration.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Procurement, and R&D.
• Develop governance for delivery and accountability.
• Build external partnerships and represent the company.
• Embed resilience into core decision-making and metrics.
