Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Global Manager, Mission & Sustainability in Blaine, MN (Hybrid: in office 4 days per week) to advance leadership in sustainability, social impact, and responsible beauty.

You will lead certifications, manage nonprofit partnerships, and translate impact work for diverse internal and external audiences, while collaborating with marketing and sourcing teams to substantiate sustainability claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, environmental impact, philanthropy or partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to Travel Up to 10% of the Time.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, timelines, vendors, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Authentic Alignment with the Aveda Mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability certifications and standards programs and track compliance.
• Develop and translate impact work for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage nonprofit partnerships and global philanthropic programs.
• Collaborate with marketing to build mission-driven stories and sourcing narratives.
• Oversee Aveda’s Earth Month and other community activations.
• Manage the global grant program process and due diligence.
• Provide sustainability expertise across the organization and events.
