Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support the global rollout of a new AI-enabled planning platform. This remote role includes travel to sites, approximately one week per month, and pays $58–62/hr W2.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical supply planning, strong MPS/MRP/S&OP knowledge, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience. You will guide readiness, training, and adoption across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical supply planning or manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, S&OP, capacity planning, and manufacturing planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP/MRP.
• Experience working with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage deliverables and timelines.
• Experience leading training, facilitating meetings, and influencing stakeholders through change.
• Ability to travel approximately one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of new supply planning processes and technology across global manufacturing sites.
• Conduct site readiness assessments and identify process, system, data, and training gaps.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, risks, and deployment activities.
• Partner with site Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support S&OP, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory planning, and production planning processes.
• Lead training, stakeholder engagement, and change-management activities.
• Support sites through implementation, hypercare, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Track KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure successful deployment.
• Drive alignment and influence stakeholders across teams without direct reporting authority
