Job summary

Celcuity is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning and S&OP across our global supply chain in Minneapolis. You will align demand, supply, inventory and financial planning to ensure continuous commercial supply and on-time product availability.

Responsibilities include leading monthly S&OP meetings, translating forecasts into supply plans, managing inventory to safety stock, issuing POs and production forecasts, and driving

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years’ work experience in a commercial supply setting, preferably in international markets.
• Strong experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, including S&OP, supply planning, procurement execution and product launch support.
• Knowledge of GMP and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
• Strong quality and compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning and S&OP execution across Celcuity’s global supply chain.
• Drive alignment between demand, supply, inventory and financial planning to ensure continuous commercial supply.
• Manage monthly S&OP meetings and translate demand forecasts into supply plans.
• Ensure supply plans are in alignment with budget; manage inventory to safety stock levels.
• Issue purchase orders and production forecasts to suppliers; conduct scenario planning and process improvements.
